Yes absolutely. Simply email our sales team at  support@fansbuzzing.com , and in the notes section, mention which logos should be assigned to which apparel and where the placement of the logos should be.

If you choose “Stitched” or “Print” when placing an order, but do not fill in any customized content (name/number/logo), the order will be changed to the “Blank” version automatically. And you will get plain products of the corresponding color and design WITHOUT ANY CUSTOMIZED INFORMATION(No name/number/logo). 

If you have any customization requirements for your order, please be sure to leave us a message in the Order Note. Such as font, color, mockup, logo, etc.

We only accept high-quality images, a minimum of 400px by 400px. But for some products, such as Football Hoodies, Hockey Jerseys, and Jackets, the logo area is larger than usual, so high-resolution images are required, you need to upload a file no less than 800px by 800px. Some products require uploading a 1000px px 1000px logo. For specific logo pixel requirements, please refer to our tips.

Note: If the pixels of the logo you upload are lower than our requirements, our designers need to spend days helping to design and adjust the clarity to achieve the best production effect. Mockup-making time is not included in the standard time frame of your order.

After you upload the logo, our designers will help you adjust the logo to achieve the best production effect. But if the result is not what you want, contact our customer support team and they'll be happy to help make your logo look the way you want it. We can make your logo ideas a reality.

The mock-up allows you to see a preview of your custom apparel as you customize it. Please note that this preview is not an exact representation and is meant only to give you a general idea of the result.

We have standard locations for decoration (e.g., left/right chest areas, back, under the back collar) that may vary slightly from what you see in your product preview.

Our production team will always work to make sure your design looks its best on the custom apparel products you order. Slight deviations between the preview we sent to you and your final product should not be considered errors.

Find on the home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name, you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and will transfer to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.

Firstly, after clicking the product, you are looking for, select gender, size, and fill in your name, number, and upload your logo, then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any.

Secondly, when you are ready, click “Checkout” and you will be transferred to the payment page. Choose your check out method as guest or registered customer (registered customers can log in from the right page). After that, you should fill out your email and shipping address. Review your order information. You may edit your address and payment information. Select "continue to shipping" to the next page.

Thirdly, choose the ways you want to pay (Credit cards, PayPal). And fill out the billing address, then “pay now”. Do not forget to keep the order information in a secure place in case you may need to check your order status.

Yes, you can. Please choose "Blank(No Name/Number)" when placing an order.

Please note that the product you have ordered, the Blank Jersey, is a fully customized product in itself, despite its lack of specific text, numbers, logos, or other designs. The nature of our production process involves crafting each item from scratch, including blank designs, due to the sublimation process. This makes all customized products, including blank jerseys, final sale items.

Please lay the leather sleeves flat on a table or an ironing board. Set the iron to a LOW heat setting and locate the 'steam' button. During the ironing process, keep the 'steam' button pressed continuously. When ironing the wrinkled areas, press and iron back and forth 3-4 times. Be sure to press down on the wrinkles rather than sliding the iron. After ironing, use a towel or paper towel to dry any moisture on the surface of the leather sleeves.

To remove dirt and grease or light staining, use a damp cloth and soapy water. Blot rather than rub and avoid over-wetting the leather. Dry the leather naturally but do not allow it to remain damp for long.

If you are reporting a lost package, please ensure the following steps are taken before contacting customer service.

All Customers - Check the immediate area around your mailbox or front desk. Check with your neighbors or anyone that may have signed for or picked up the package. Please also track your package online to see if there are any special instructions or updates listed.
International customers - Check with your local post office or customs office, as they may be holding the order for payment of customs fees.

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. it is highly recommended that you order a sample first to avoid any confusion and color mistakes.

We have been in the online customization business for multiple years. We have been the leading provider in custom sports apparel with many satisfied customers. Also, we promote paying by Stripe, PayPal, so that if there is any issue with your order, you may simply dispute the order with your account to assure your payment will be secured. However, we can ensure you that we will assist you with your order if any error occurs on our end.

We do not have any hidden fees. Our company is transparent about exactly what we charge to our customers. Your charges will be displayed to you multiple times throughout the checkout process before you confirm your order. You will not be charged anything besides what your order total states.

We are UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOMIZED ORDER (Including Blank Jerseys) unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If you do not receive your refund within this time, please contact us .

If a product you have purchased from us is not of satisfactory quality, or you consider it to be faulty, please contact Customer Services by email at support@fansbuzzing.com within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of it for you. And you will be advised how to return it to us.

 Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for blank products that have been purchased and then processed or modified for secondary sale. Our return policy only covers items in their original, unaltered condition. We advise customers to consider this policy before purchasing our blank products for further processing and resale.

After receipt of your order and our review, the order goes into production. Typically, it takes about 7-9 business days to prepare your order.

No matter where you are in the world, we’ll make sure your package arrives via DHL. The shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going.

If you change your shipping address, please contact us at support@fansbuzzing.com within 24 hours after placing the order. Our Customer Service will check your order and confirm ASAP. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We recommend updating your shipping address to your residential address instead of your work address, as we cannot predict how long the destination customs department may hold your package.

Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

Orders may experience longer shipping times beyond our control due to our carriers as they put important safety measures in place during COVID-19. Custom products come created entirely by us from the moment you place your order

This means that we do not already have everything ready, we have to prepare all the elements that make up the product, carry out the quality control, packaging, and finally shipping. As you may have noticed, the to-do list for each personalized product is very long, which is why a longer waiting period is required than for a ready-made product.

So you will have to wait a little bit but it is worth it because the result will be unique, inimitable, and of quality!

Your order may ship in multiple parts, or some of it could ship with another part of it coming later (sometimes called a partial ship). The number of shipments depends on the complexity of the order, the volume of orders, and the location at which it's being customized. We will always do our best to ship orders in as few boxes as possible and get them to you as quickly as we can!

1. Accept the Package

When you can see right away that the package has been damaged in transit, please don’t refuse the package. Please accept the package, and properly document the damage for your claim.

2. Document the Damage

Upon accepting damaged merchandise, you should immediately take detailed notes and snap photos of both the compromised packaging and the broken products; this may help to determine whether the package was improperly packed, or improperly handled and damaged in transit.

By documenting your damaged goods, you can present proof to us that the item was damaged. We can use these photos as evidence when we decide to file a claim against the carrier.

During the Holiday Season, especially following the high demand from Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we anticipate some delays in shipping and delivery.
